Due to the handcrafted nature of my work, all sales are final.
But your happiness matters deeply to me — if something arrives damaged or not as expected, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. I’ll always do my best to make it right.
Each piece is handmade, which means no two are exactly alike. Ribbons, greenery, or minor details may be substituted if something is out of stock, and I may occasionally update designs if I find ways to improve them.
Because this is a handmade item, I do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations. Please double-check your order before purchasing.
If your item is lost or damaged in transit, it is insured. A claim will be submitted through the carrier, and your refund will be processed once it has been approved and paid out.
By ordering, you acknowledge that small variations or design improvements are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
