HOW TO ORDER

1. Upload one clear, well-lit photo with the main subject in focus.
2. Enter the optional name you would like engraved.
3. Add your personalized frame to the cart and complete checkout.

Proofs are not automatically provided so your order can move into production promptly. If you would like a digital proof before engraving, please request one in your order notes. Proof requests may add additional processing time.

PHOTO TIPS

Original, uncropped photos work best. Your photo may be cropped or adjusted to fit the frame and create the clearest finished engraving. Some busy background details may be simplified when necessary.

PLEASE NOTE

• Names will be engraved exactly as entered. Please double-check spelling before ordering.
• The engraving appears softly frosted when turned off and becomes brighter and more detailed when illuminated.
• Natural wood grain and coloring will vary slightly from frame to frame.
• Personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on my part.

CARE

Gently clean the acrylic using the included microfiber cloth. If needed, lightly dampen the cloth with lukewarm water. Avoid alcohol, ammonia, glass cleaner, and harsh chemicals.
